- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have good experience with Dr. Raymond and his team for the last four years. He always accommodates me in case of any emergency. My family and I were happy with his service. However, I went to the office two weeks ago for the six month cleaning and I got so surprised. Dr. Raymond and his assistant declined to do the cleaning informing me that cleaning won't do any difference since I need to treat my gum. I urged them to do the cleaning this time and they still declined against my wish. Dr. Raymond never recommended to me that I needed any gum treatment for the last four years. We have noticed two yeas ago that my gum is shrinking around couple of teeth and I asked Dr. Raymond for any thing that could be done to face this issue and he told me nothing could be done. Suddenly, in the last visit he decided that I needed to go to another doctor for gum treatment. He never mention this before and he got me by surprise and he declined to do the cleaning. I felt so embarrassed and I felt that I was thrown out of the office. If Dr. Raymond had raised the issue of gum treatment back on time, I could have did the gum treatment!August 02, 2017by Moustafa Meky
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Been here for as long as I can possibly remember. I am 15 now and thr last couple visits have been outrageous. The staff have been nice and everything but, every single time I go there, weather it is a couple weeks or a couple months, the entire staff team are different people. I used to get a cleaning there and know exactly who my hygentist was. She quit years ago and now I see someone totally different every time I go there. I got an x ray there and the hygentist spotted something extremely rare in the x ray. She told the dentist but he never came out of the office to explain to my mom what was going on or what to do about it. We had to go to a specialist we know, who was awesome, to learn anything about what was going on. There is more bad than good anymore here. I have been here my whole lifw and now I am dying to switch to somewhere else.June 01, 2017by Justin Scott
