  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would give it -5 stars if I could.. I called to cancel a payment so it didn't redraw from my account after I got a 35$ overdraft fee (my fault I took the blame for that) So I called and WAS TOLD as long as I brought a money order in the next couple days that was fine and MY BANK ACCOUNT WOULD NOT BE BILLED AGAIN.. Well I wake up and what do I see? ANOTHER CHARGE FROM GIECO!!! After I was told by Lee that it wouldn't redraw from my account.. Well come to find out that's not true and he was just expecting my back to return it again.. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT I WOULD HAVE FROZE MY ACCOUNT FOR A FEW DAYS! But instead I was told that he would make sure it wasn't redrawn so I didn't get another fee and I could just bring in the money order.. Then literally less than 24 hours later I'm hit with another 35$ fee and all of sudden they can't help me.. So glad a 25 year old stepdad with no help,just got screwed out of over 100 dollars just to pay a 28$ payment!!!! SO glad this was my last payment to this JOKE of a company .. Oh by the way ALLSTATE just took my payment from 28$ To 12.89!!! So do yourselves a favor before you get screwed and they don't care a bit! Switch to Allstate ASAP!!!!!!!!! He knew he couldn't stop the redraw and instead of telling me that so I could freeze my account untill I brought the money order, he reassured me that he could and to just bring It in the next few days, now Im screwed and lost my gas money for work untill payday on Friday.. Thanks Geico!

  I just saved 25% by switching to GEICO and had a great experience in the process. Anant Venkataraman helped me find the coverage I needed and then some! This guy was very knowledgeable and supper helpful, even talking me through the instal and features of the GEICO App. I'm definitely not tech savvy at all and I love when things are simple and self explanatory, the GEICO app is all of that, with lots of cool features to help me manage my policy! Thank you GEICO of Morgantown!
